Sometime mistakes can be the most interesting. I am just learning astrophotography. I set the focus incorrectly on a series of shots. I had understood that you could see star color better if you slightly defocus but I was shocked at just how colorful the stars are. I went ahead and stacked a series 10 shots and reduced the noise but I did nothing to enhance color on this shot. The stars really are this colorful.
