Gaia spacecraft animation

6 images of the European Space Agency's Gaia spacecraft showing its motion across the sky on 2014 FEB 26 between 1227 and 1252 UTC when the spacecraft was approximately 1,436,500 km away. All images are 60 second exposures taken with a Paramount ME, C-14 telescope operating at f/5.5 & ST-10XME camera binned 3x3. FOV of each image is about 18 x 26 arc minutes. Software used: TheSky6 and CCDSoft V5.
